European Pressure Equipment Directive 1999

The Linings division of Fluorocarbon Company Limited at Irlam, Manchester has approval to the above directive and is qualified to CE mark its lined pipe products.

The lined pipework can be used in all pressure conditions and diameters up to and including category three service for liquids and gases.

The directive came into force on 29th May 1999, and became mandatory in the United Kingdom, on most suppliers of pressure-retaining equipment, from May 30th 2002.

Under these regulations, Fluorocarbon's EC marked pipework is qualified for acceptance in all EU countries.
