At Fluorocarbon our policy is based on the recognition that both Management and Employees have a mutual responsibility to achieve positive quality trends in all aspects of the business. A commitment to continually improve the Quality Management System and Quality standards are led by top management and it is expected that every level of the organisation will be focused on satisfying and exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers.

Emphasis is placed on quality throughout the production process, commencing with incoming raw materials, through manufacture and concluding with inspection and delivery of the finished product. We ensure employees that have a direct influence on the quality of or products are given sufficient knowledge of the system and appropriate training to achieve these ideals.

We aim for profitability and believe effective and efficient use of our resources, within legal and regulatory requirements will maximise quality, which is a crucial factor in achieving profitability.

Our commitment to Quality is total and demonstrated through our BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification and conformance to AS9100.

Laboratory Testing

Using our modern and qualified laboratory all products are closely controlled before and throughout the production process to offer full traceability on all products and materials and ensure the highest quality finish.

• Day-to-day testing and analysis to international standards including ASTM, DIN, BSI and ISO
• Testing carried out includes, but is not limited to:
  - Tensile
  - Elongation
  - Density
  - Hardness Zero Strength time
  - Melt Flow Rate
  - Coordinate measurement machines (CMM)
  - Non-contact vision system
  - Peel testing
  - Surface finish measurements
