Fluorocarbon Engineering Plastics Division specialise in the manufacture of advanced sealing and seating components in high performance engineering plastics.

The Division principally manufactures components from The Fluorocarbon Fluorinoid® Range of materials. These include amongst others many grades of PTFE, PEEK, PCTFE and more commonly known engineering plastics such as Nylons and Acetals.

The division prides itself in its commitment to quality and service and is BS EN ISO 9001-2000 certified to support this. Coupled with the design and technical expertise found within sister companies in the Fluorocarbon group, Engineering Plastics Division can offer the complete design and manufacture solution.

Investment does not stop with development of new materials, as can be seen from our state of the art manufacturing facility. A constant commitment to investing in new technology allows us to remain a leader in the manufacture of both simple and complex componenets. With an unrivalled CNC turning range from 2mm Dia up to 1550mm Diameter, and CNC milling to suit, Fluorocarbon offer the complete manufacture solution whether it be custom prototype components or high volume production runs.

In addition and to support the manufacture, we hold large stocks of many grades of Engineering plastic materials.
