Surface Cleaning
We offer a cost-effective service to remove surface oils and grease contaminates from a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials and components.
As part of our objective to reduce our impact on the environment we have invested in a closed loop degreasing system that recycles solvents back into the system reducing vapour emissions thus offering a more superior cleaned product.
Blast Cleaning
Blast cleaning is the ideal method for the removal of rust, mill scale and paint systems. We select the right media to provide a solution to your problem to ensure a faster, easier and safer alternative to labour intense methods such as manual scrubbing, sanding, grinding, scraping and wire brushing. All blast work is carried out to Swedish standards meeting the requirements of SA2.5 and SA3.
Our service ranges from Vacublast cabinets applying the finest aluminium oxide finishes for high precision components, to fully automatic Pangborn and Tilghman machines for high volume commercial blasting and cleaning using steel and aluminium oxide media. A range of organic and non-metallic media is also available.
For even larger items such as vessels, tanks and centrifuges our blast room allows total manual control to ensure that all detail is properly prepared. |
