DESCRIPTION- BRONZE AND MOLYBDENUM DISULPHIDE FILLED PTFE
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS- Addition of bronze to PTFE increases hardness and compressive strength, provides better dimensional stability and lowers creep, cold flow and wear. It also increases thermal and electrical conductivity.
Typical applications include self-lubricating bearings, compressor rings, seals and valve seats.
Addition of molybdenum disulphide improves hardness and stiffness and lowers break-in wear and starting friction.
